Plymouth's railway station is located centrally in the city centre and is just a few minutes' walk from the main Plymouth University campus. There are regular daily trains from Plymouth to London which normally take between three and four hours and due to the recent decision to close the Plymouth airport this is the most convenient and quickest way to travel to London. There are also a number of regular services throughout Cornwall, Midlands, South Wales, North East and Scotland.
